LPJH is excited to welcome Palisades 301, located in the up and coming Teton Springs neighborhood of Victor, Idaho. Located centrally between the world-famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Idaho's lesser known but equally fun Grand Targhee Resort, this condo is the perfect base camp for those seeking adventure and variety. A short and scenic 30-40 minute drive will take you to resort, the town of Jackson or even Grand Teton National Park. The Idaho side of the Teton mountain range lends a quieter, less crowded way to explore the West's most beloved range.
Palisades 301 is a stylish three bedroom condo. Immediately upon crossing the threshold of the front door guests will find the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room, appointed tastefully in modern western décor, provides a comfortable gathering space for your group. Curl up by the electric fireplace after a full day on the ski hill, or enjoy a movie night following an epic day of hiking. The rooms large windows frame a beautiful view, and doors lead out to one of the multiple covered balconies which expand the living area further. Only steps from the living room, the quaint kitchen is easily accessible without having to miss any of the action. Seating for six is available at the dining table, with an additional two seats at the bar.
Heading down the hall, guests have access to three bedrooms and the unit's laundry facilities. The first guest bedroom holds a king size bed, beautifully appointed with soft bedding and a massive window overlooking Warm Creek. A few steps further down the hallway is the shared guest bath, holding a tub and shower combo, large vanity and mirror. Our next bedroom is perfect for our smaller guests with two adorable twin bunk beds. The bunk room has access to additional balcony space, shared with the primary bedroom. The rooms many windows, including a wall of floor to ceiling windows next to the sliding glass door give this room an open and airy feel, while the warm décor inside keeps it cozy at the same time.
Located directly across the hall is the primary bedroom. This final bedroom holds a king sized bed and private bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered balcony, furnished with plush outdoor seating for four, a small table and an outdoor heating receptacle to keep guests cozy during our crisp mountain evenings. This balcony is shared with the second guest bedroom.
