Other things to note:
All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10 pm. Neighbours are extremely sensitive, so it’s crucial that everything is at a reasonable and respectful level at all times. We can’t have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street or people hanging out on the rooftop or terrace being too loud. It’s important to be mindful of this while booking. Also, anything over 4 people isn’t allowed unless cleared prior to checkin.
The house is equipped with civilian security cameras. (Outdoor only and one in the basement overlooking the garage door entry. Covering them is NOT allowed and will cause immediate eviction)
