Summary: Michael has a lovely 2 bdrm, 1 bath with oak strip flooring, very modern appliances, typical of the postwar beach houses in the neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Pacific and 1 from 2nd st. with all manner of shopping, eateries. Belmont Shore is one of the very few places in socal where you can accomplish a great deal without getting in a car. We love it and will return. Michael was a responsive host, easy to communicate with
