Positive: Great location and older condo unit was clean with fresh paint and new appliances . First floor close to handicap parking was a plus , but furnishings were outdated and carpet stained giving you a feeling of “ old “ . Certainly not worth the price point we paid , realizing it was last minute and week prior to Labor Day .
Negative: Overpriced for age and condition of condo .
