Beautiful airy and bright town home. Susan Ave is at the most northern part of Holgate only two blocks from the South Beach Haven border, and slightly higher in elevation.
The home was built in 2005 and is maintained to a high standard. It is the second house on Susan with direct beach access. It is a bright and airy with two floors and reverse living. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with TVs in all rooms. Master has its own full bath. The home sleeps eight (2 queens, 1 twins and 1 bunk). Open air living on the top floor with a decorator kitchen, dining area and living area. Full amenities include: central a/c, ceiling fans, beautiful hard wood floors in living area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outside shower, gas grill, internet access and more!
Roof top deck has perfect views of the beach and bay, with gas grill and seating. Separate backyard for additional grilling and entertaining. There is an outside shower with separate dressing area. The driveway is paved and has parking for one car. Overnight parking is allowed on the street as well.
Perfect location within walking/biking distance from town and restaurants, but far enough from the noise. Perfect for families, safe quiet and clean.
