Looking to dine out, menus and recommendations await, should you wish to BBQ or Cook, there is a well stocked kitchen with Calphalon cookware, Gas Grill, coffee makers, lobster pot, popcorn maker, toaster oven & microwave. Gather in the lovely fireplace living room with water views, large 60” LED Smart TV, family games and & cozy chairs to read or relax. Hardwood flooring on the main level includes a queen bedroom with water views and an adjacent new full bathroom with tub, shower, towels, blow dryer and accessories. Open floor-plan Dining Room boasts a farmer's table with water views as well. Mudroom sliders lead to the fenced backyard perfect for a wiffle ball and all fun yard games! Beautiful plantings with seasonal flowers adorn the perimeter of the yard. A covered perimeter-lit deck and patio with chiminea will provide plenty of space for family activities.
Second level boasts new gleaming hardwood flooring and two additional bedrooms and full bath. Queen bedroom with water views offering plenty of additional room to bring your pack 'n play for young children. The second upstairs bedroom has two double beds with plenty of closet space.
Lower level offers a family room, game room and laundry. There is a convertible pull out in the lower level that is a king size. The couch can be transformed into a futon-style sofa bed that lays flat to accommodate 2 nighttime guests. This sectional includes compact storage under the loveseat to store pillows, comforters, and bed spread.

Standish Shore Beach Association is 200 steps away and offers swings & picnic benches, grassy area to host corn hole, horseshoes, cam jam, steps to the water to dip your toes or throw out a fishing line. Beautiful views of Swift Beach, Wareham River & several boats from fishing to motor to sailboats. Spend the day at our favorite Little Harbor Beach just 9 minutes 3.2 miles from our home. A Guest Beach Placard is included with your stay for smaller bay Little Harbor (Lots of parking), Swifts Beach (Use Swifts Neck for parking for Swifts Beach), and Swifts Neck (minimal parking). Another favorite is Onset Beach (3.8) a popular sandy beach offering lifeguards, concessions & restrooms, plus summertime events.
It's close to The Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, and 1/2 hour to catch all the ferries to the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard!! Ten minutes from Water Wizz, the only water park on Cape Cod and half an hour from Plymouth Rock or Providence, RI. Take a sunset Cape Cod Canal Cruise from Onset Beach only miles away or go whale watching at a variety of locations within 30 minutes.
