Summary: It’s always a pleasure to stay at Springhill Suites. I know you have been renovating. I’ve had an interior design business in Manhattan for 50 years. Your bath mirror frame (Room 334) is too high. My head sat between the bottom and the mirror frame. Pretty light, but not good enough to really put on makeup. Too soft. The light switch in the bathroom started a very noisy and annoying fan. Not appreciated at 3:00am. My A/C was also very noisy. Why, in this day and age, AND after you renovated? Fire your designer… Otherwise, lovely stay.
