Spinnaker Point is a newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront raised-ranch styled home with dock located on Smith Creek just outside of Oriental NC. Once inside, the first thing that you will notice is the large family area, kitchen, and views off of the back deck. This spacious home has a main family room that includes a large flat screen television as well as plenty of seating area for the entire family. Around the corner you will find a quiet nook that is great for relaxing, playing board games, or snuggling up with your favorite book while enjoying the scenic river views. The primary bedroom suite features a queen size bed and private bath. The secondary bedrooms have a queen sized bed. For anyone traveling with younger children or with a group of friends, there is also a bunk room that has two bunk beds and a TV. The updated eat in kitchen has plenty of room for you and your guests and includes all of the basic cookware and dishes that would be needed for your stay. Kitchen features include quartz counters, induction cook top, wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, blender, and a toaster. Off the kitchen area is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Spinnaker Point is located on Smith Creek with easy access to the Neuse River (Oriental bridge has 45 foot clearance). Nearest boat ramp is in Oriental at the mouth of Smith Creek. Boaters and fisherman are going to love having their own dock with choice of 3 slips and 3-4 foot of water. There is even a fish cleaning station to prepare your daily catch.
