HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center. You can fill your days with fun at the resort.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Solterra Resort houses is conducted weekly on Monday or Saturday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
GATE ENTRANCE RULES
• All guests must have their reservation information and an ID readily available for the guards at the gate.
• All homes have a 5-vehicle limit. There are no exceptions to this rule.
PARKING
• Refer to your entry pass from the front gate regarding parking.
• Overnight parking permits are required.
• Street parking is only allowed in marked white spaces. There is no parking allowed on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
• Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
• Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street-legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage.
• Guests should first park in available garage and driveway spaces before parking on the street.
CLUBHOUSE
• For guests who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their stay, the Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check-in.
• The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
- The rental property address.
- Check-in and check-out date.
- Number of guests.
- Identification that matches the reservation name.
- License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Amenity Access Fee. The fee will only be charged via Square with a credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After-hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes, and guests must visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Amenity
Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

TRASH AND RECYCLE SCHEDULE
• Valet Trash services are scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, 7 days a week.
• Please, place your trash in the provided brown waste bin outside your home by 6 am every morning. Trash pickup will be completed by noon. Removal of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day.
• Always place tied trash bags in your trash container to help protect the community from stains, loose trash, and critters/wildlife.
• No loose trash, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs per bag.
• All boxes are to be broken down, bundled, and placed beside the waste bin.
GATHERINGS AND NOISE NUISANCES
• Community rules and County ordinance do not allow loud noises or large gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time. Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention will carry fines of $500 or more. The fines will be applied to your stay. Please keep music at a low volume.
DELIVERIES
• Fedex, UPS, and Amazon are allowed to deliver at the properties. USPS does not deliver mail to the community.
• The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
• Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay.
• Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay.
• We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
