☆★Get ready for an overrated experience at our so-called family-friendly home! Our game room has foosball, a video game table, and a surround sound TV. And as if that's impressive, we have a bunch of board games for all ages. Our kitchen is fully equipped, big deal! You can enjoy your supposedly delicious meals together on our deck, which has a char master grill. And don't even dare to forget the two wood burning fireplaces, because they're supposedly perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere. So why don't you come on down to Pine Mountain Club and have the pleasure of some supposedly well-deserved relaxation.☆★
★☆ The space:
When you arrive at our home, the first thing you'll see is our damn huge west-facing porch.
☀ An excellent place to enjoy the soft Pine Mountain sunsets.
☀ When you enter, our open living room, dining room and kitchen are on the main level of the home.
☀ The bunk room as well as the queen room are also on this level with a restroom to share.
☀ There are plenty of towels in the linen closet and a laundry catch as well for your convenience in the same hall closet.
☀ Also in this hall, there is a pantry.
☀ You’ll definitely want to bring groceries when you come and plan to
cook.
☀ Pine Mountain is known more for its hiking than the local restaurant scene, and there are few stores nearby with limited options.
☀ The deck on the east side of the house off the kitchen has a large CharMaster grill as well.
☀Upstairs you’ll find a spacious gameroom with an additional bedroom we like to call the star loft.
☀ Those lucky enough to stay in this room will be lulled to sleep with our star projecting white noise bluetooth speaker…it is truly a dreamy space.
☀ The gameroom itself is full of entertaining options for visitors of all ages.
☀ A variety of board games can be found in a large chest in the middle of the room, along with playing cards and lots of space to spread out and play together.
☀ A classic arcade game table features Ms Pacman, Frogger and hundreds more.
☀ Top it all off with some Foosball and you'll have fantastically fun filled nights while you stay.
☀ Even if you don’t play a single game, you’ll still want to savor the light show that coordinates itself with the surround sound to complete this game-filled cave.
☀ The game room shares a restroom with the star loft.
☀ The quieter of you may want to skip the game room altogether and take in the stars outside instead, there is a telescope upstairs as well and the balcony off the south end of the house is a great spot for savoring the night sky.
☀ Off the opposite end of the house, but also upstairs, is a private master suite.
☀ This beautiful room hosts a wood burning fireplace, california king, and highly vaulted ceilings.
☀ For additional comfort and accommodations it also has a small couch which when pulled out becomes another full bed.

Our goal is to have all of are guests to be able to enjoy the Spa. However, we CANNOT guarantee that is will always be ready for use. We will do our best to communicate ahead of time while you are booking so everyone has proper exceptions.
*If you use the jacuzzi during your stay and do not follow the instructions for use, we will have to charge you the cleaning/refilling fee of $250. We have NO interest in doing this so PLEASE be respectful of the instructions for use.*
Please be aware that the internet in Pine Mountain area can be inconsistent at times. Our cabin has WIFI internet, but should Pine Mountain lose power for whatever reason, the internet will go down. Bringing a mobile hotspot is recommended if internet is critical for you.
Note: there is a $35 per hour fee for early check-ins and late checkout
Additional, Verizon is the only cell phone service that is supported in Pine Mountain. If you do not have Verizon, you will need to be connected to WIFI.
Zero tolerance for very large parties. 15 max people allowed on premises. 11 max to sleep over night.
Every house in Pine Mountain Club is on a septic system. This means the plumbing is delicate. Please NO feminine products, flushable wipes, excessive toilet paper, diapers, q-tips, etc. may be flushed.
All of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum while in the front yard and on the balcony. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am, but in general NO loud noise or music is allowed in Pine Mountain Club per HOA rules.
Food should NOT be left in any vehicle or outside unattended. It attracts wildlife that is WILD. The bears are no joke. No cough drops, sugared candy, bars, sugar drinks, or old bags of fast food. This is for the protection of your persons, your car, and the property.
NO OUTDOOR FIRES. Please use the grill for any outdoor cooking.
Pets and family animals will be welcomed with an additional fee of 200 Up to two animals please and let the host know in advance apply at check rules. We have cameras outside. If we find out after we have brought a pet you will be responsible for the pet fee. NO pets off leash outside of home are allowed in Pine Mountain Club. Period. Please note: Fine by PMCHOA may be incurred by guests.
We are blessed with an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding area, so please do not leave any food or trash outside— if you’re using the BBQ grill, please clean up any grease on/around the grill area afterward.
We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to the property or furnishings before checking out. Any damage made to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and will be reported.
If there is any Bear damage/ break in to cars that is solely on the Airbnb guest.
If you do NOT lock up the home and a bear breaks in you the guest are responsible for any and all damage to the home. Please lock doors when leaving the property.
