This spacious home is located in a brand new planned community in the Old Farm district, and just 5 minutes drive from the heart of Old Mill and downtown Bend. The size of the home is 2500 sqft, with a total of 5 bedrooms--with the 5th room serving as a cozy theater room, 2 full bathrooms, a downstairs powder bathroom and a full laundry room with brand new Electrolux washer & dryer. When you and your guests are inside the house you will feel a sense of peace and privacy. The charming backyard receives full sunshine from morning until night, with views of the mountains off in the distance. Just a minute walk, across the street you will arrive at the wonderful Stone Creek family friendly neighborhood park. Smoke-free home, family friendly, very safe and quiet street in a quiet area.
Please note there is a refundable property fee. This fee is used for any excess utility usage (water & electricity) and if any additional cleaning is required. This fee will be refunded within 14 days after departing the property.
