For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a loft with a futon and another full bath.
On the main floor, the living room has a sunny two-story vaulted ceiling with large windows and a full wall of sliding doors assuring a calming view of the bay and beautiful sunsets at night. Be sure to check out the night sky using the telescope. This spacious area is the perfect place to gather for some family fun including a foosball table, large mounted flat screen TV, and cozy gas fireplace. For the budding artist, there is an easel and stool ready to capture your imagination on canvas. Have a meal al fresco on the large private balcony with plenty of outdoor seating and dining. The fully stocked kitchen is at the ready for the chef in the group to whip up a home-cooked meal. Or if you prefer, take a short ride to The Big Chill Beach Club overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or Hammerheads Dockside next to Indian River Marina.
