Positive: The location of the property was very nice unfortunately our pullout bed was broken and very uncomfortable and we had an issue with our toilet leaking all over the floor. Unfortunately there was no other rooms and they said that they couldn’t help us with any refund because we booked through a third-party and there was no other rooms available
