A lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned apartment in Son Bou Gardens, Menorca. Situated in a prime location, with a south facing balcony, overlooking a family swimming pool managed by La Gondola restaurant/bar. The apartment is a 1 minute walk from the Son Bou Gardens reception and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Son Bou. The friendly English speaking reception team can help with any queries during your holiday, including car hire, booking taxis and bus timetables. There is also a bar/restaurant with WIFI, pool table and swimming pool. Also the local bus stop to Mahon and car parking.
Our apartment has a lovely, light and airy dual aspect lounge with stunning views across the gardens and beyond. We have a spacious balcony with an awning, large table and relaxing chairs. In the lounge there is a sofa, wall mounted Flat Screen TV, with a good selection of channels including Spanish, French, Italian and English including BBC, ITV, SKY News and channels for children. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has modern wardrobes and storage, and a door to a quiet rear balcony. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, with modern wardrobes and storage. The kitchen is new for Summer 2023 and fully equipped with a new microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and filter coffee jug. The bathroom has both a bath and a powerful shower. We have recently installed a washing machine - June 2022
The apartment is within Son Bou Gardens and has plenty of grassy areas to enjoy and play in. Within a 5 minute walk there is San Jaime with a children's play area, and a great supermarket, gift shop, ATM, bakery/coffee shop, Scuba diving facility and English speaking Medical Centre. Also a few minutes further is Restaurant Son Bou with a swimming pool and meals served at lunchtime and evenings.
The main resort of Son Bou is a 10 minute walk away, with a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Here there is also the beautiful 3km Son Bou beach with 2 beach restaurants and a variety of watersports.
Son Bou is a short 20 minute journey from Mahon Airport.
