Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff were able to store my bags as I arrived early. They filled my water bottle. Response to a call to front desk for a toilet that would not stop running was handled immediately and to my satisfaction.
Negative: We requested an umbrella that was never delivered. Knowing I booked two rooms, letting me know that they would not be on the same floor based on the room set ups would have set an expectation and not disappointed us when we arrived, as we were a party of five that had to stay on two separate floors.
Summary: Great location, comfortable rooms, and vibrant decor made for an enjoyable stay in SoHo.
