Summary: While the location was wonderful, the property itself is in need of some essential upgrades. The hallways, lighting, and rooms are very run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom had water damage that needed to be addressed. I did enjoy having coffee and water bottles available during our stay and the room size itself was pretty good for a NY hotel room in this area.
