Casa De Mocha is SoCal living at its finest- just a 15 min drive from the Dana point and San Clemente beaches. This is a large 4 bedroom home with plenty of room to lounge or work from home. The home comes with:

- A full kitchen with a dishwasher, utensils, cleaning supplies and dinnerware
- Large washer/dryer units

- A covered rooftop complete with a daybed, TV and refrigerator
The home is in a safe and fun neighborhood full of walking/hiking trails, seating areas with majestic views and plenty of green areas that are kid and pet friendly! Enjoy the best Socal sunsets with breathtaking mountain views and nighttime stargazing on the 3rd floor rooftop complete with a TV and a day bed! Drive out to the beach for a day out or roam the San Clemente downtown area for some window shopping and plenty of dining options! We are just 30 minutes from John Wayne Airport and a little over an hour away from San Diego/LAX airports!

Summary: Vishu was an absolute awesome hostess and she went beyond her duty as a hostess. As a first timer, I felt like a rookie , but she was so helpful and accommodating- replying quickly to my questions and was flexible with our logistics. The home is gorgeous and cozy - we loved the upstairs patio area- every morning, frank our coffee ☕️ to enjoy the beautiful view. Great place to walk, run, and hike .the neighbors were extremely friendly as well! Thank u soo much for making our feel like home ! ❤️
