Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Smuggler’s Notch Resort was great! The resort has a great ski school and the teachers and staff on site were super friendly and accommodating. Very much geared towards families with kids. We assist really enlisted the FunZone, arcade and laser tag.

Negative: The condo was underwhelming to say the least. It was a bit dirty and really dusty, cheaply updated, has a loud toilet, wooden boards stuffed under the beds in one upstairs room, a shower curtain that needed some mildew treatment, dated heating system that kept it very dry and hot inside, no vacuum, steam shower isn’t connected to a second waterline for steam (so it’s just a regular shower), a malfunctioning dishwasher on the LL and the biggest issue is that despite having a Ski Storage locker, we never were able to access that so we had to store or skis and boots in the little tiny landing right inside the front door. BUT we tried very hard to get in touch with ERO and they basically pointed the blame at the resort (and it wasn’t the resort’s issue). We will not be returning to this unit. If you’re reading this review, turn around, call the resort directly and book a room that is owned by the resort, not a privately owned property like this one.
