Relax on the deck or by the fire pit with friends and family. Enjoy fishing or canoeing down the river.
The space
Entering the cabin you will notice the small room with a washer and dryer. Coming into an open space living room with a beautiful rustic touch, and wood built, a sliding glass door, to the deck, that will let you hear the river, and view the mountain. To the right you will see the kitchen and a second dining space, ideal for kids, or a comfortable sitting area. With a door that lets you out to the deck, with a beautiful sitting area, heating and a grill for you to cook. From the living room you will notice the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The room to the right is the kids room with a daybed, with a pullout at the bottom, and a closet, the next room to the right is a queen size bed, with a window that is opened, you can hear the river. A first full bathroom with a shower, lots of towels, and toilet paper are provided. Ending the hallway with the master bedroom, with a sliding door, to come out to the end of the deck, a small coffee table, to enjoy the outdoors with morning coffee. The master bathroom is a full size with towels, toilet paper, and iron and board available to use.
Guest access
It is in a trailers park area and you have access to everything that is inside the cabin and the fenced area, down to the access to the river, where a fire pit is in place, to roast marshmallows. Firewood is available at the back of the cabin, in a closet on the side of the front door, in the same fenced area. Please do not disturb any neighbors during your stay.
Other things to note
We do have security cameras, one in the main entry door, and the other entering through the deck, facing the parking place and fence door.
Pets are allowed and should be in your reservation, if a service animal is joining you, please also inform us when you have made your reservation, so we can better plan our cleaning crew. Pets are NOT allowed, in beds, couch or any furniture in our cabin.
We do not allow parties. Everyone in your reservation should be listed. There are a maximum of 8 people allowed.
If you are staying for more than a week (8 days or more), we are going to add an extra cleaning charge of $60, we can either assign a day for cleaners to come in during your stay or we will just close a day after your stay for more time for our cleaning crew to leave the place clean and sanitized. To arrange this please contact us via a message to coordinate what is best for you and your family or group.
Trash should never be outside the cabin and taken out to the big trash bin in the entrance to the trailer park. DO NOT leave trash out, this will attract wild animals. Wildlife have been seen like, deer, elk, bears, fox, bats, birds, squirrels. Do not feed the animals.
