Positive: Everything! The stay was AMAZING. Lady, the owner, made our stay extraordinary and we truly felt at home. She is the heart of a Similian hotel. She helped us organise a taxi to the airport when Grab cancelled, and she quickly reacted when we had a small electric issue with our room. She even woke up early in the morning when we were leaving to say bye to us and to give us a cup of coffee which was really great and nice! If we are next time in Phuket, we will stay here again. The place is in a really quiet area, with a few good restaurants nearby. The room was nice, cosy and really clean. Highly recommended! :)
