The creek runs around the back of this home and you can hear it if you open the bedroom windows. Full appliances in kitchen, washer and dryer. Covered front sitting porch with propane grill. This home is on one level and has a circular driveway. You can easily walk to the clubhouse or the pool. Connestee Falls is known for the peace and quiet you will experience here along with the lakes, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and hiking trails, there is something for everyone. DuPont Park is only 10 minutes away by car for waterfall viewing, hiking and world class mountain biking trails. Also nearby is a produce market that sells seasonal vegatables, local beer and wine selection also. Book your stay today. The floor plan is open with two sliding glass doors in the living room and dining areas, the hallway leads to the two bedrooms, the master bed and ensuite on the left and the hall bathroom with tub shower on the right and bedroom with King bed, two side tables with lamps, closet and dresser is just beyond, at the end of the hall. The wrap around deck has steps down the the creek and easy bike storage underneath the home, with secured locking area.
