A waterfront playground located just 15 minutes from Waikiki, this private house in the upscale neighborhood of Hawaii Kai has more amenities: air conditioning, boasts a large floating deck for recreation, a heated saltwater pool with tropical waterfalls, an in-pool spa, custom cedar sauna, a fern grotto with koi pond, planted aquarium, outdoor dining table for 6 with propane BBQ, 2 stand-up paddle boards with life jackets.

The Marina Resort & Spa House is approximately 2,500 square feet and sleeps a total of 8 people, including children. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a single level house takes full advantage of the marina front in the private waterways of Hawaii Kai. There is an open kitchen area and two waterfront living rooms. One living room area is made for tv and movies with reclining leather seats and a large-screen smart tv.
The second living room area features custom solid wood tables created by a local, sustainable artist. The leather sofas face the sparkling Pacific waters on one side, and the pool, spa and lava waterfall on the other.
The Luxury Marina Front Master is situated right on the water with views on all three sides. It features a King bed and an on-suite with shower, walk-in closets and television for viewing in bed. It features a separate entry, yet has a lockable door into the living area of the main house. Be able to escape into your own paradise by waking up to Hawaiian sunrise and hear the lapping waves from in bed.
The Poolside Master bedroom has a Queen bed with pool and waterfall views, an on-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and views of the blue pool and lava formed waterfall. The third bedroom is perfect for guests or the kids with two full size beds.
The open concept kitchen is full size, and features a custom teak root table that seats 6, with two seats at the counter. The dining room opens up the ocean front living rooms that are bright and tropical with palm trees and pool views.
OUTDOOR: The custom salt-water pool is heated and softer on your skin and eyes. It has a lava waterfall and two smaller fountains that spill into a sparkling 5-foot deep pool that has underwater seating for 12. The pool is connected to a sunken spa that easily seats 6, and waterfalls into the pool. Next to the spa is a custom cedar sauna with ocean views from inside!
Walk down to our floating dock to take the stand-up paddle boards out for a spin in the private marina. Or lay out some towels and sun tan next to a custom built benches to enjoy the cool island breeze and green mountain views.
Outdoor entertaining areas fronting the pool includes a propane 4-burner grill, a dining table with seating for 6, teak chairs and benches under a gazebo by the sauna. The second seating area near the front entrance is a covered fern grotto and has an outdoor sofa set and chairs that faces another custom lava waterfall and seats 6. We have over 100 feet of marina frontage, all boasting tropical and ocean views.
Enjoy the outside at night: Custom landscape lighting and color-changing lights in the heated pool and spa let you take advantage of the wonderful Hawaiian weather at night. See the moon rise from inside the spa or pool. Sit outside and watch the sun go down over coconut trees.
