This waterfront home sits on a quiet cove of West Penobscot Bay, less than two miles south of downtown Rockland. It's the perfect setting for exploring the Midcoast, close to Rockland's excellent museums, the Maine Lobster Festival (less than two miles), the farm-to-table experience at Primo (three-quarters of a mile), Rockport (eight miles), Camden (10 miles), and the ferry from Port Clyde to Monhegan Island (17 miles).
Beautifully remodeled in recent years, this two-story home boasts two living areas, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen to delight any home chef. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a host of bonus tools - from a lobster pot to a rice steamer. On sparkling summer days, head outside to the deck to barbecue on the gas grill, relax in cushioned seats, and watch your kids play in the expansive fenced yard.
