This large single story family home is located just a few hundred metres from Cape Paterson's famous bay beach and rockpools, and just a short stroll away from First Surf Beach, the local shops, Cape Tavern and sand dunes.

SeaScape @ The Cape has all the holiday amenities a family or group desires; 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a large swimming pool, outdoor undercover alfresco area with heated spa, flat screen TV, sound system, woodfire pizza oven & BBQ plus a separate games room located in the garage at the front of the house with pool table, table tennis table, darts board and TV! It cannot get any better than this!
This spacious house offers 4 bedrooms. The master is serviced by an ensuite, walk in robe and king bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and WIR, Bedroom 3 features two king single bunk beds (sleeps 4) and built in robes, Bedroom 4 features a king bed and built in robes. These three bedrooms are serviced by a common bathroom (including bath) and powder room.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need with open plan living into the dining and two living areas which then escapes onto the outdoor alfresco. Supermarkets for your convenience are located in Wonthaggi for extra supplies needed during your stay.
