Summary: Most importantly, let me say that when I booked, this was the cheapest place to stay anywhere in the area. That being said, you get what you pay for. We had a nice stay and would consider staying again. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. Our room smelled a bit like sewage, but we opened the windows and it aired out. There was a refrigerator tray left on the rusty table on the little front porch. Bring your own shampoo and paper towels, there is none here. The hammock was broken, the gas grills were a bit rough. there was a beeping noise just outside our door that never stopped. The outside grounds need TLC and the property looks like a construction site. Lots of flooring and countertop and construction stuff laying all around. Two doors to the north is what appears to be an abandoned hotel that has been taken over by homeless squatters. Really sketchy looking and they yelled at us every time we went by. The room was clean, but not really, really clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The decor was cute and new. Tice fridge, toaster oven and k-cup coffee maker. So, not perfect, but for the money it was a cute little bungalow just a short walk to the beach.
