Completely refurbished to a High Standard 2019, very private roof terrace along with a large balcony ,

Two minute walk to the pool and four minutes to the infinity pool and The Deck bar The deck puts on bbq evenings and other entertainment during the season they are open great friendly staff and good food
we also have 24 hour security,
Sugar Hill ,also has a well stocked gym, on the estate , immaculate kept gardens along with several tennis courts
The roof terrace is large with new sunbeds and furnishings along with large gas BBQ where you can watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or two
if you are an early bird ,you will see the green parrots come over in the morning then go back in the evening to roost.
The other Balcony is a very good size with a table and chairs for fine dinning from your own cooked food from the BBQ .along with a comfy sofa to finish what we hope will be a perfect day for you.
Holetown is a 5 minute drive and is full of bars,restaurants . The Tides, The Cliff, Lone star,Fusion roof top ,based in the lime Grove shopping Centre but
to name but a few .
the beach is a bout a 15 minutes walk there is a short cut that is quicker, Alicia (the house Manager)will give you direction for this
In the welcome book, we have as much information that we can think of for you with taxi numbers , car rentals , places to visit etc
We can arrange a welcome food package at your request also , fast track through Grantly Adams Airport, there is a charge for these services.
we have a cleaner once a week if you require more than once please contact Alicia her number will be in the penthouse she will on call during your visit.
