THE ENTRANCE
Good vibes reign supreme upon entry to the 3,400sf house, with shiny honey wood floors, crisp paint, tropical palms plantlife & artwork, hooks for purses, a full-length mirror, and a console table bowl for keys. Overhead is beautiful natural-fiber lighting that presents the hallways airy, coastal welcome.
THE MUSIC ROOM
Featuring legendary British Marshall Amplification sound and a modern turntable linked by Bluetooth, this is a joyous space for music or self-care. Eastern morning light floods the room with optimism, ideal for sipping coffee, quiet meditation or healthy yoga. When the sun sets, enjoy The Wall of Sound, a vintage international record collection, and a remote-control spinning mirror ball paired with remote-control spotlight for a fun Happy Hour, romantic conversation or dancing. Four large chairs, solid marble tables and a ficus tree command the space.
THE DINING ROOM
Featuring luscious deep purple wall color and a vintage set of teak wood credenza, hutch, dining table and chair furnishings handmade in early-1970’s Denmark, this stunning mid-century modern room is elevated by a dimmable modern geometric metallic chandelier. This dining room seats eight, and features special occasion crystal glassware and an olive tree.
THE KITCHEN
Large and exceptionally equipped, the kitchen is chocked full of thoughtful amenities for socializing, cooking and modern life. A window-filled kitchen dining nook overlooks built-in bird feeders (birdseed provided) for the daily parade of blue jays, cardinals, finches and myriad other birds, while the wooden pineapple-base table seats four. The kitchen island has four barstools. Kitchen amenities include: a built-in Champagne / white wine fridge, new refrigerator, modern gas range with dual ovens, Keurig coffee maker (regular and flavored pods included), Kitchen Aid professional mixer, new microwave oven, instant hot water dispenser, 4-slice toaster, dishwasher (soap pods included), in-sink food disposer, Breville panini-maker / flat top indoor grill, blender with drink spigot, upscale Chicago Cutlery knives, plus every conceivable kitchen tool and cookware imaginable in a large walk-in pantry. A large 660sf open floor plan connects the kitchen directly to a cozy den with new 65” smart HDTV that’s anchored by an instant on/off gas fireplace for warmth or ambiance. A working vintage typewriter (paper provided) complementing the nicknack shelving, the den features a couch and four large chairs on honey wood flooring, with a modern sputnik chandelier overhead. During the day, the den and kitchen are sun-kissed by direct western light; by night, it’s a perfect space for socializing or movie watching. The TV has built-in apps like Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, AppleTV+, Paramount+, HBO and YouTube - just bring your password.
THE GAMING ROOM
Upstairs, The Gaming Room is a perfect bonus space, featuring a new Brunswick pool table, a four person gaming table, a productivity desk, and a smart 42” HDTV. The pool table features four brand new (true) pool cues, a standard rack & 9-ball rack, a bridge and chalk. The gaming table features numerous board games, playing cards, and a poker chips set. The productivity desk includes an HP (Windows) computer, printer, mouse and keyboard for working, internet browsing or light gaming. Comfy wicker chairs on honey wood floors join pampas plumes, drinks table and mirror to complete the decor. The TV has built-in apps like Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, AppleTV+, Paramount+, HBO and YouTube - just bring your password.
THE PRIMARY - Bedroom 1
Spanning 660sf, the Primary bedroom is an apartment-sized space featuring a King Bed, a large dresser, a full-length mirror, and a cozy backyard overlook nook featuring a marble & gold table, two Scandinavian lounge chairs, a reading lamp and a fiddle leaf fig tree. Follow the hallway to a large walk-in closet (with hangers and racks), before entering the bathroom which features his and hers vanities, a shower, a dedicated toilet room, and a large bathtub.
THE WICKER ROOM - Bedroom 2
Anchored by a vintage Pier One wicker Queen Bed and dresser set, this crisp, coastal room features a tropical bamboo chair, wicker wall mirror, and walk-in closet (with hangers). This is the only bedroom that features a television (smart HD), ideal for kids who want cordoned-off TV time. The Wicker Room shares a full “Jack & Jill” bathroom with The Chartreuse Room, lockable from both sides.
THE CHARTREUSE ROOM - Bedroom 3
Painted chartreuse green, this cheerful bedroom was lovingly designed for our daughter - it absolutely glows in the eastern sunlight. This spacious room features a Queen Bed, a dresser, a walk-in closet (with hangers), and a Scandinavian lounge chair. The Chartreuse Room shares a full “Jack & Jill” bathroom with The Wicker Room, lockable from both sides.
THE BLUE ROOM - Bedroom 4
Serene and soothing, The Blue Room features a King Bed, a Scandinavian lounge chair, a walk-in closet (with hangers) and a full-length mirror. This bedroom has a private bathroom featuring toilet / shower room and a separate vanity area.
OUTSIDE SOCIAL SPACES
Savannah Nature House features four distinct outdoor social areas set on its half acre lot. The back yard is anchored by an elevated deck with two built-in benches, a large blue umbrella table seating six and twinkly night lighting. In the backyard, there is a glowing gold table with red umbrella surrounded by trees. In the front yard, a two-person bird-watching table overlooks the large front yard, while two rocking chairs and gold Moroccan lamps adorn the covered front porch.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM
The house has a dedicated laundry room with a modern, large capacity washer and dryer set featuring complimentary laundry soap pods. There is also a built-in ironing board and clothing iron.
SECURITY
While we do have a doorbell camera and a back door camera please know that these cameras are never on or recording while guests are on the property. We take your privacy seriously and trust you will be respectful guests. Cameras are only in use when the property is vacant and guests have left.

While the driveway accommodates 3 cars, there is also street parking in front of the house. Please do not park on the grass. There is a large (unoccupied) Class-A RV that is stored adjacent to the garage.
