3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront house on Sand Point. It’s located on the south shore toward the end of the peninsula. House has a large 1.5 acre wooded lot and has a very long driveway from the road. The house does have many neighbors and a vibrant shoreline. Plenty of parking with a large parking area. Nice yard and shade trees with a nice gentle slope to the sandy beach (no big sea wall here!) Brand new memory foam mattresses are very comfortable. Also a new interior throughout. Central air if needed. Feel free to bring your pets along, as long as they stay contained in the yard,(for an additional fee). Very nice hard sandy lake bottom is wonderful for kids and if you want to park a lawn chair in or near the water. Feel free to bring your boat along and anchor it out front.
