San Costanzo with its hamlet of Cerasa is a small village on the hills above Fano, immersed in the beautiful landscape of the Marche, rich in colors and flavors. Just outside the small town, in a new residential area with terraced houses, we find this beautiful vacation home on several levels. On the second floor a living room with kitchen overlooking a comfortable covered terrace, for outdoor dining, a double bedroom and a bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the attic with a large room with a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. At the entrance a small garden. Strategic favorable position in the hinterland of Fano, from which you can easily reach the Adriatic coast ( 8 km away). Pesaro is a beautiful city, rich in history and culture, and home of the Rossini event (10 km). Many interesting excursions can be arranged to Urbino, a Renaissance city (50 km), to Rimini and Riccione with their amusement parks for the whole family (30- 40 km). For more demanding excursions, but still doable during the day, Ancona with the beautiful beaches of Conero ( 40 km) or Florence are reachable in about 3 hours by car.
