Summary: A short stay here would be fine. The location and layout of the apartment is good, and there is plenty of storage for your clothes. Unfortunately, apartment 301 had a broken towel bar heater for our entire 2 week stay, which resulted in a very damp bathroom with no heat. Used towels never dried and even the fresh towels provided by housekeeping ended up feeling cold and damp. The blinking error light from the heater unit was very bright at night and the bathroom fan constantly turned itself on and off. The staff was polite, but too much vacation time was spent trying to get an acknowledgement and resolution to the broken heater (finally informed that a replacement was on order but would not be available during our stay). It would have been far better if we’d been told upfront that the heater didn’t work so that we didn’t spend time trying to figure out why it didn’t work. Also, never found a store that carried the correct coffee pods and ended up buying a Coffee Press to have coffee during our stay. This apartment would have been very good if the equipment was in working order and they left more supplies, but two weeks in late October with wet towels was not fun.
