Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Beautiful views all around. Quiet, apart from the light road traffic, presumably entering and leaving the park, whose entrance is about 5 min away. We had the property to ourselves and never spotted another soul while there. Great privacy and an outdoor bed from which to stargaze.
Negative: Just a bit close to the road - car headlights could be distracting when stargazing. But stunning desert views surrounding the entire property. A bit richly priced considering the time of year, incomplete pool, and no on-site dining despite the property being billed as a ‘resort’. Would stay again, as proximity to park and relative peace and quiet with exceptional views make this a unique experience.
Summary: Beautiful location, architecturally sumptuous, great views and exceptional privacy.
