Built in 1999, this Tahoe Pines home invites you into a spacious and comfortable setting with all the modern luxuries.
The main floor on the upper level features a large, vaulted ceiling, Great Room with two dining areas, comfortable seating next to a stone fireplace, a foosball table and other amenities. Great Room opens to a beautiful deck overlooking the backyard and surrounding area.
The contemporary kitchen offers plenty of space, newer appliances and a kitchen bar with stools. The spacious master bedroom is also located on the main floor and has a queen size bed, stone fireplace and elegant master bath with a jacuzzi tub.
The casual family room downstairs, which includes a sleeper sofa bed, is perfect for children. Cozy up for a movie or a board game after a long day at the beach or on the slopes!
A fenced backyard includes a covered porch with hot-tub, a picnic table seating area and lovely lawn & garden.
A large garage keeps 1 vehicle and toys (e.g. skis, bicycles, etc) dry and clear of snow for a fast get-away to the slopes.
House is situated on a quiet side-street a quarter mile off of Hwy 89, 5 miles from Tahoe City. A 5 min walk in one direction and you're at the Tahoe Pines beach and private pier, while 5 mins in the other direction and you're in Forest Service land and trails that are adjacent to Blackwood Creek. Homewood Ski resort is about 1 mile up the road, while Alpine Valley and Squaw Valley are just 10 miles away. Restaurants and local convenience stores are available in the surrounding area at SunnySide or near the Homewood Ski Resort; while larger chain stores are available in Tahoe City.
