Summary: Unfortunately we didn’t have a nice time here, the room doesn’t look like how it does in the pictures on Expedia. We had thick mould all around the window and walls, was very very damp! Obviously a long on going issue that they haven’t sorted out, we should not have been put in that room. No help from the manager, would ignore my messages, refused to change us room as was ‘fully booked’, no offer of a refund or an even a partial refund due to there ‘no refund policy’. Their excuse was that it was an old building! No one should be put in a room with thick mould, no excuses!
