Relax in a hammock or hang out in the screened patio over morning coffee with your breathtaking view of the Bay. Heated pool and outdoor kitchen with gas grill for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster oven/air fryer combo. In unit washer/dryer. New flooring throughout. Designated working area for those who work remotely. The bedroom has a firm king size bed with new mattress and oversized furniture. Daybed trundle with two twin mattresses is provided in the living room for additional guests.
The villa is a one minute walk to our beautiful bayside beach and park with outdoor gym and walking track along the water just next door. Enjoy the beach on Tommy Bahama beach chairs, or rent a two person speed boat, paddle boards or kayaks at the nearby marina. Take an easy 5 minute walk just down the street to all of the local bars and restaurants with live entertainment, and shops on Beach Boulevard. You don’t even need a car! Uber over to nearby St. Pete Beach or other area attractions. Should you want to venture out, the convenient location puts you within a 2-hour drive of every major attraction in Florida, including Busch Gardens Tampa, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.
