Down a private dead end road along a gorgeous fifteen acre pond lies this charming artist retreat perched up on a hill. This over the top gem offers amazing views of pond. Sit out on the deck and watch the ducks fly over head and land below you. Watch ospreys catch trout and the occasional Bald Eagles chase them off. We often have flocks of wild turkeys that visit from time to time.
THE SPACE: Back yard is private and completely fenced in. Wonderfully landscaped with one of a kind giant rock slab table over looking yard and gardens. Bring your pups and let them play without any concern of their whereabouts. Doggy door with attached doggie deck, no need to take them out at night to tinkle they can come and go as they please. Go out for the day! Lunch or dinner furry babies will be waiting for you in A/C or outside it’s their choice❤️!!!!!!
Now the goods!!!!! Inside is an amazingly creative open space. Love to cook the capes fresh seafood? Sit your family at the food bar and let them watch you prepare your meal. The bedrooms offer views of the pond. Upstairs has sliding glass doors to the deck. The upstairs bed has dual remote controls. Go to zero G and push massage mode and slumber off to sleep or just sit up an read or watch TV all at your fingertips! The custom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2nd floor master bathroom is absolutely over the top. Entering through the custom stained glass door is like walking into heaven. Real giant clam shell sink, walk in custom travertine shower, with seamless glass sliding shower door and plenty of room for two seamless dual shower heads. 1st floor love shack is one giant all inclusive Adirondack style dream room. Featuring a three person jacuzzi bathtub with live edge pine slab surrounds shower and full bath. The house comes with four state of the art solar powered skylights that work at the push of a button. Want to cool the house down quick, open all up for twenty minutes and turn on a/c units to push hot air out. If you leave the house with skylights up and it starts to rain, no worries they have sensors that feel the drops and close automatically!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood nestled next to the pond on a dead end road. The closest grocery store is Stop n’ Shop 1.5 miles away along with CVS and a package store. We also have a nice Italian restaurant located close to the house on Route 130. The Sandwich Taverna offers great all American food from signature stakes and burgers to salad and surf n turf. There is also a great local market, Lambert’s which offers beautiful produce and speciality prepared items.
The home is located 5 miles from the Sandwich Village, Town Neck beach, Sandwich Boardwalk, Sandwich Marina, Sandwich Glass Museum and numerous locally owned restaurants and boutique shopping.
