Positive: Highly Recommended! An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Care ❤️ We stayed at the Riviera Tide Hotel for a night this June in a triple room, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. The entire property has great facilities, and the bathroom was notably modern, well-maintained, and very large, which made our stay very comfortable. But what truly sets Riviera Tide Hotel apart is their world-class customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff immediately helped us with our luggage. They are all extremely friendly and attentive, but their true colors shone when we faced an emergency. In late night, our two year old daughter became sick and started vomiting. The owner and the staff were absolute angels. They stayed up with us, did everything they possibly could to comfort us, and guided us to the nearest hospital. Even in the late hours of the night, they completely reopened their kitchen just to prepare a warm soup for our baby. Because she had been a bit unwell the day before, they gave us special attention throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I am incredibly thankful to the owner and the wonderful staff for treating us like family when we needed it most. If you want a place that offers beautiful, spacious rooms combined with unmatched, genuine hospitality, look no further. We will definitely be back!
