Located in St Davids, surrounded by vineyards and wine tasting opportunities, ideal for wine enthusiasts and travelers looking to explore Niagara's beauty and history, 15 mins driving to Queen St, the heart of Old Town of Niagara-on-the-lake and 12 mins to Niagara falls. There are many wineries and a lavender farm close by. This is a renovated bungalow house, with a new panoramic sauna, new hot tub, new appliances, new furniture, new bathrooms.
There is a sunroom room where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine
In the main level you will find the entrance porch, living room, dining room with beautiful coffee station, full equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 master bedroom with 2 double beds and it's own bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed each. Downstairs in the basement, you will find a dedicated work station, bar with wine freezer, second living room with sofa bed and the recreation room with pool table and table soccer as well the laundry room. We offer complimentary coffee and tea. Professional cleaning services are engaged
