Positive: I have mixed feelings about this place. The restaurant staff were amazing — very kind and attentive, and it was clear they genuinely enjoy their work. Unfortunately, the reception was the opposite; the lady there was arrogant and even confrontational, and I didn’t like her attitude. One curtain was missing in the room, so the light was shining in. The reception didn’t inform me about it — only after I pointed it out did they tell me there had been an accident with the curtain, and I had to wait two days for it to be replaced. They acted as if it was no big deal. There were also many blinking lights in the room, and a bright phosphorescent safety light that stayed on all night. Without a sleep mask, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The apartment itself was really spacious, but the furnishings were quite worn, and the place lacks proper maintenance — exposed wires in the shower, peeling walls in some areas, etc. It all lowered the overall impression of the accommodation. I have to say I was disappointed, especially considering the price.
