The price listed is for full access to the main house which sleeps up to 12 guests. The House has three King beds, one Queen bed, one full bed and a set of bunk beds. The cleaning fee for the house is $600 per stay.
If you have between 12 and 20 guests, you can add on the Casita which sleeps up to an additional 8 guests. The casita has one Queen bed, one Full bed, one pull out Sofa and a set of bunk beds. The Casita is currently $456 per night. The cleaning fee for the Casita is $150 per stay.
