Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This magnificent renovated apartment with modern and warm decoration is located on the central Place des Orres 1800 in the building "Les Valérianes" of the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, close to the shops and activities of the resort.Oriented to the northeast and located on the first floor, it offers an exceptional view of the valley of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the town of Emprun, with larchs in the foreground. It is accessible from Jean Rippert Square or from the parking lot by using the elevator or stairs.This 3 rooms of 35 m2 consists of an entrance with storage, a living room with large corner sofa and TV, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with large Italian shower, separate toilet, and a balcony with garden furniture and synthetic lawn to enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the view.The apartment is fully equipped so you can travel light with: kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave grill, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, vacuum cleaner and raclette machine.You will enjoy a restful sleep thanks to the new bedding great comfort: two double beds 140 x 190 cm superimposed in the first bedroom and a large double bed 160 x 190 cm in the second bedroom, entering on your right, thus accommodating up to 6 people.You will be ideally located, directly above the main square of the Orres 1800, close to the various activities and events organized on the square of the station, only a few steps away from all the shops (restaurants, bars, supermarket and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.) and departures from the slopes.You can also visit the Orres station 1650 and its additional shops in about ten minutes on foot only by taking the pedestrian path that reaches it through the forest and whose departure is located at the foot of your residence.THE MOST: - a parking space in a nearby underground parking lot is included with this accommodation- a private ski box to store your glider equipment will be at your disposal - unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins (open in season only, summer and winter)
