Summary: We booked an ocean view, I called to confirm it was ocean view. When we arrived and got to our room it WAS NOT. The balcony upgraded room I asked for (rm 211) looked at the roof, when you sat in the chairs provided you couldn't see the ocean either. You had to stand on the chair and lean over railing at an angle to see the water. I immediately went back downstairs and asked for another room. We spent 4 nights here, the first night in the awful room. They moved us the next day, to room 411, but not until after we spent our afternoon waiting for the room to get ready instead of sight seeing. The staff was helpful, female bartender and chair and umbrella guy at beach were very knowledgeable. It was a really stressful way to start vacation.
