Positive: Good, newly renovated apartment in close proximity to the beach and easy walking distance to a lot of amenities (groceries, bars) and the city center. The basic starter kit for getting through the first night is provided (soap for dishes and showering, towels, one bag for trash). We were provided with a bed for our youngling.
