This recently renovated, three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse features slab granite, hardwood flooring, and refreshed painting and trim. The location is terrific! You will be perched on the hill across the street from the Eagle-Vail Golf Course Clubhouse and very close to great trails. Vail and Beaver Creek are only a short drive away for skiing and mountain sports. The living room is as cozy as it looks with inviting furniture surrounding a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. You will find a well-appointed kitchen with everything you could ever need to prepare tasty meals for the entire group. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition and coffee enthusiasts will appreciate it for sure! The nearby dining table has enough space to seat five, while the kitchen island offers three more spaces. There are decks located off of two of the bedrooms, adding a nice spot to admire the surrounding mountains and enjoy the breeze.
