Positive: Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is stunning, the food is amazing and the staff were very friendly, helpful and generally wonderful. It was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay which was the highlight of our holiday in Naples and the Amalfi Coast
