Relax in this newly remodeled and furnished home just a few blocks from State Street and downtown Bristol. It is also very convenient to the Bristol Casino, Bristol Regional Medical Center, and Bristol Motor Speedway.
The home features a living room with a sofa and chairs. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal as well as a dining table for four. There are two bedrooms both with queen beds and two full bathrooms -- one with a stand up shower and one with a tub/shower combo.
There is a Smart TV in the living room that allows you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit.
The home is a duplex unit with a private locked entrance and no doors adjoining the units. The outdoor space, including the back yard, front porch, and driveway are shared with the other duplex unit.

The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.

To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.
We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties.
