Summary: I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but upon arrival the front desk informed us they could not accept the booking, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the blankets provided in the room did not appear to be fresh, and we had to follow up multiple times before they were replaced. Overall, this experience was disappointing and could be improved with better coordination and housekeeping standards.
