SeaWorld, Point Loma’s Liberty Station, and many more of the greater San Diego’s world famous attractions are within easy access to the freeways.
This single-level, two-bedroom, two-bath, 921 sq. ft. home offers a large grassy front and back yard - with a beach décor oriented back deck patio with places to lounge. A barbecue and table for dining al fresco make it a great place anytime you wish to rest, recharge, or reconnect with yourself and/or others. If you're sandy from the beach, this home has an outdoor shower and a full-size washer/dryer, so you can get back to relaxing in no time.
A great room with colorful beach accents greets you as you open the door. The living room area has a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can enjoy a smart TV. A dining area and a remodeled kitchen are also a part of the great room where everyone can easily be together. The kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. A fun, beach-chic queen primary bedroom with a ceiling fan is a perfect haven when you wish to have some privacy, take a nap, or read or catch up on your screen time. An updated en suite bath with a large walk-in shower completes this sweet refuge. The second bedroom has a twin trundle bed, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
The fireplace in the living room is not for guest use.
Guests are not allowed to go on the rooftop deck and a locked gate is over the entrance.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: camera outside near front door pointed towards the street and in the back near garage and sky deck pointed towards the restricted area were guest are not allowed

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
