LaGrange is about 60 miles southwest of Atlanta and located in the foothills of the Georgia Piedmont and is home to LaGrange College. West Point Lake, a few miles to the west, attracts bass fishermen and water sports enthusiasts to the city.
Beautiful Lake Home oasis is located in a private cul-de-sac. This home has been completely remodeled with an open floor plan and has awesome views of the lake throughout the home via large windows and sliding glass doors. A large 70' long deck stretches across the back of the entire home. A walkout basement leads to a well lit patio and firepit for evening enjoyment. Take a stroll down to the lake for some birdwatching, fishing or just peaceful views of the lake.
The main floor hosts a large living room with ample seating and 70" Television viewable from most rooms, large formal dining area (seats 10), huge "eat in" kitchen (seats 6-8), separate walk out patio with gas BBQ grill with seating for 4 or more. The master bedroom that contains a King Size bed, walk in closet and a sitting room with a heated/massage chair and access to the deck with wonderful views. The Master Bath contains a large double vanity and a glass rainfall walk in shower. A half bath and full laundry facility (washer/dryer) are also centrally located located on the main floor.
Upstairs contains 2 Spacious Bedrooms with Queen beds and 42" televisions, a Jack-n-Jill Bath with double vanity and a bath/tub shower, and a loft area with a computer desk with a computer/monitor for web browsing.
Downstairs is a fully renovated walkout basement with large Bedroom with 2 single beds, a Bath/Tub shower, and large recreation room with a wet bar, a sectional leather couch with 3 recliner seats and a heated/massage chair, and 55" television for relaxing/watching movies or your favorite shows.
