Positive: - Breakfast and dinner vast choices; friendly waiting staff - Cleanliness and friendly cleaning staff - Sky Molo had the best sunset view

Negative: - Reception personnel were not friendly or approachable. As we asked for information about the amenities, a male employee (name has been noted) looked at us insultingly as if we were not guests in this hotel even if we were holding our key card. He asked for our room number and only then he answered our question. On other occasion, receptionists are just immersed on their computer screens instead of welcoming the guests. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Hilton had a more friendlier approach from our previous experience. - Overwhelmingly full of guests during breakfast. It is clear that it is the peak of summer season. However, there is a need for a functioning system between hotel managers and waiting staff to organise entry and exit of guests to ensure that those who enter could find a decent place and not roaming around for 10-15 minutes just to find a table. It was loud, chaotic and crazy. Small children were also serving themselves in the buffet without any parental guidance. We have been to other hotels where they have a better system. It would be great to let the guests in once there is an available and clean table awaiting them.
