Renovated open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, dining, living room with TV, DVD, CD/radio.
Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, full size bath, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine.
Fully fenced back yard with gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility.
Undercover parking for 2 cars, plenty of room for the boat
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen bed, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Pillows, quilts, bath mat, tea towels, toilet paper and dishwasher/dish detergents are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, sheets & towels and toiletries.
